Production process quality control
In order to meet the needs of market and users, we shall strengthen quality management and make necessary rules and regulations to ensure the improvement of product quality. The quality management system includes the formulation of raw material quality standards, quality control, analysis, tracking and assessment management.
Formulation and management of quality standards
Based on industry standards, combined with enterprise objectives and customer quality requirements, the production department is responsible for determining the quality standards of finished and semi-finished products, and revising the quality indicators according to the development and changes of production.
The key is to implement the quality responsibility to the person.

Carefully implement the work standards and do not operate on regulations.
Strictly check the identification of raw materials according to the shift to eliminate the misuse of raw materials. Check and be responsible at all levels.
During the tour, strictly control the process standards and do a good job in cleaning. If continuous nonconforming products are found, stop the machine immediately for treatment. If they are not handled properly, do not start the machine.
Quality analysis
The quality personnel must go to the production workshop every day to analyze the nonconforming products and make records.
In case of sudden nonconforming products or other quality fluctuations, quality analysis shall be carried out at any time, timely report to the leaders of relevant departments, and effective measures shall be taken to stop the continuation or expansion of the accident.
Hold quality analysis meetings regularly and carry out quality analysis activities in combination with production conditions.
Management and assessment of quality accidents
When a quality accident occurs in this process, it shall be reported to the workshop in time, effective measures shall be taken to stop the expansion of the accident, and the quality accident must be traced and analyzed to find out the causes and completely solve the problems.
Unqualified products caused by quality accidents shall be stacked separately from qualified products and handled properly.

Combined with the product characteristics, organize education and QC group activities, and do a good job in serving users in the whole production process, so as to make the product quality meet the satisfaction of the owner.
Maintain the traceability of inspection records. Each production post has established a set of conventional production records and documented quality inspection system to ensure that all factors affecting product safety, reliability, on-site installation and operation adaptability and long-term service performance are considered in the production records. After the products are delivered and shipped, the records shall be kept for 3 years for use by the owner during acceptance and various inspections.
The manufacturer's name, code and manufacturing date shall be clearly marked on each outer package. Packaging and transportation shall be suitable for sea, railway and road transportation in accordance with relevant standards and specifications and the provisions of transportation packaging.
Each roll of tape is lined with anti sticking materials and plastic outer packaging bags, and then packed in cartons.
All products shall be kept clean, dry and intact during packing, transportation and storage until installation;
According to the characteristics of the product, the packaging shall meet the transportation requirements, be responsible for transportation to the delivery place specified in the contract, and select the route with low transportation risk, low cost and short distance. The packaging shall meet the transportation loading and unloading requirements and ensure safe and nondestructive transportation to the receiving place.
